1. Who We Are

HimCompare.com is an independent product comparison website focused on adult sexual wellness products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lovense or any other brand we review.

Sister site: HimCompare.com is operated by the same individual as LushCompare.com, an independent comparison site for Lovense vibrators. The two sites share the same data controller, contact email, and Lovense affiliate account, but use separate Google Analytics properties and collect no data jointly.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect or store personal information such as names, addresses, or payment details.

The only data collected is anonymous analytics data to understand how visitors use the site:

• Pages visited and time spent on page
• Device type, browser, and approximate country
• Traffic source (search engine, direct, referral)

If you contact us by email, we store only your email address and message. This is used solely to reply to you and is deleted after 2 years.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6): Anonymous analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site usage, with IP anonymization enabled. Email correspondence is processed on the basis of consent (you contacted us). We do not process any special categories of personal data.

4. Third-Party Services & International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the service provider's own compliance mechanisms.

5. Data Retention

• Analytics data — retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted
• Email correspondence — retained for 2 years from last contact, then deleted
• Cookie preference — stored locally in your browser until you clear it; not sent to our servers

6. Affiliate Disclosure

HimCompare.com participates in the Lovense affiliate program. Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. This comes at no extra cost to you and does not influence our editorial opinions or product rankings.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information you provide to Lovense or any other retailer.
